Technical Insurance Executive – Benefits Area

🕒 Monday to Thursday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am – 3:00 pm

At AIR, we’re looking for a technically skilled professional with solid experience in individual Life and GMM insurance, who is service-oriented and detail-focused. If you're looking to grow in a stable, collaborative, and people-centered company—this opportunity is for you!

What will you do in this role?

• Quoting, issuing, and maintaining individual Life and GMM insurance policies.

• Providing technical advice to clients and commercial executives.

• Reviewing and following up on requests with insurance carriers.

• Managing endorsements, renewals, and policy clarifications.

• Supporting administrative processes for coverage modifications and policy servicing.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 2 years of experience with individual insurance (not group) in Life and GMM.

• Strong technical knowledge in quoting, issuance, and carrier processes.

• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and clear communication.

• Intermediate English proficiency.

• Intermediate Excel skills.
